Tom Gavin is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at GCX and has been leading technological initiatives since 2025. Currently, Tom also manages the Consulting Europe team at Orange Business Services, overseeing a group of over 200 experts. Previously, Tom held various roles within Orange, including Head of Account Management and Director of Business Solutions for the UK and Ireland, and enjoyed a tenure in New Business Sales. Tom's earlier experience includes business development and sales management roles at BT Infonet, BT Group, and Sprint. Tom holds an MSc in Cybersecurity and an MSc in Information Systems, and is pursuing a BA (Hons) in Philosophy.
