GCYM Group is a senior-led communications advisory built for complex, business-to-business environments where clarity, trust, and judgment matter—and where speed without chaos is a competitive advantage.

Clients work directly with senior counsel through an unencumbered, proven process shaped by years of real-world experience. Strategy, execution, and judgment stay tightly aligned, resulting in faster outcomes, clearer thinking, and fewer handoffs.

GCYM Group uses AI deliberately and transparently. Synthetic experts are deployed to pressure-test strategy, surface insight, and accelerate execution. Human counsel remains fully accountable for decisions and outcomes.

In addition to client work, Matt Kelly speaks to universities, leadership teams, and industry audiences on executive communications, AI and synthetic audiences, and digital-first leadership inside complex organizations. His presentation style is direct, candid, and grounded in real-world experience—shaped in part by years of performance and training at The Second City in Chicago.

Based in Chicago.
