Lisa Mancini

Lisa Mancini has extensive experience in the field of call center operations. Lisa started their career in 1982 at CJ Research 1, where they worked as a Call Center Manager until 1989. Following that, they joined ORC International and served as the Director of Call Center Operations for a remarkable 36 years, from 1982 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President USA Operations at GDCC (Global Data Collection Company), which they started in June 2018 and continues to work in.

Lisa Mancini attended Harper College from 1984 to 1987, where they received a degree in Liberal Arts. Lisa then pursued further education at Loyola University Chicago from 1987 to 1991, specializing in Management.
