Andrey Berulko

Andrey Berulko is currently the Head of IT Compliance at GDEV, where Andrey manages SOX compliance, data privacy program management, and technical/compliance due diligence within M&A activities. Prior to this role, Andrey worked as a Senior Manager at PwC Moscow, specializing in risk assurance for key clients in various industries. Andrey also founded and managed Extreme-Connect.com, a marketplace for active adventure tours, and gained experience in auditing, financial analysis, and settlements with operators in previous roles at PwC Kiev, Sonopia, Astelit LLC, and Golden Telecom LLC. Andrey holds a Master of Economics degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and completed their education at Kiev Gymnasium 32.
