Lamar Woods

Lamar Woods has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as an RPO Recruiter at GDH and a Senior Technical Recruiter for the Intelligence Sector at ManTech since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Lamar was a Partner at Joseph Chris Partners Executive Search from September 2021 to January 2022, where the focus was on building partnerships in recruitment. In 2021, Lamar held the position of Lead Recruiting Manager at Adaptive Construction Solutions, known for its community-oriented apprenticeship programs. Lamar's background also includes a notable tenure in the United States Air Force from February 2002 to June 2019, where roles included Military Recruiter, Aircrew Flight Equipment Air Reserve Technician, and positions within Security Forces. Educational achievements include two Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, one in Human Resources Management and Services and another in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
