Rod Simmons

Rod Simmons, MBA, CSM, is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in project management and strategic leadership. At North Highland, Rod led data migration and applications delivery initiatives for the Georgia Department of Community Health, focusing on transformative Medicaid systems. Prior to this role, Rod served as a project manager for the Georgia Department of Human Services, overseeing cross-functional teams in alignment with the Governor's system reform efforts. Additionally, Rod has experience as a senior project manager and behavior change strategist at Odonnell Company, where responsibilities included client onboarding and campaign strategy development. Rod holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Morehouse College.
