Adam Small

Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance

Adam Small is a Senior Counsel on GE Aerospace's International Trade Compliance team, where they provide strategic advisory guidance on national security laws and conduct investigations into export control violations. Previously, Adam served as a trial attorney in the National Security Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, leading prosecutions related to terrorism, economic espionage, and other national security matters. Their earlier career includes a role as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and experience as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells. Adam earned a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in History from Columbia University.
