Amber Beebe

Amber Beebe is a highly experienced leader in lean process improvement and engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Lean - Engineering at GE Aerospace since May 2024. Prior to this role, Amber held several significant positions, including Lean Improvement Coach at Duke University Health System and Sr. Director of Lean - Grid Software at GE Digital. Amber’s career began at Lear Corporation as a Product Engineer, where innovative solutions were developed for the Dodge Challenger, and progressed through operational leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Bridgestone Americas. Amber's education includes a Master of Business Administration from Fayetteville State University, completed in 2009.
