Ben Cady

Ben Cady is currently a Lead Engineer in Evaluation Engineering at GE Aerospace, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Powertrain Engineer and Final Assembly Engineer at Toyota North America from 2015 to 2020, managing new model implementation projects across manufacturing facilities. They also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Siemens Industry USA from 2012 to 2014, focusing on modal analysis and product testing. Additionally, Ben served as a Peer Leader at the University of Cincinnati from 2014 to 2015, where they prepared and taught curriculum to support freshman engineering students. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Cincinnati.
