Bethany Ryan

Bethany Ryan is currently an Operational Learning Leader at GE Aerospace, where they integrate human factors and organizational performance principles across various disciplines including safety, quality, engineering, and maintenance. Previously, they served as a Lead Process Quality Engineer and advanced their role to focus on Human Factors Engineering, leading cross-functional training and safety initiatives. Bethany began their career as a Research Laboratory Technician at Boston University School of Medicine from 2012 to 2015. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors at the University of Idaho. Bethany also participated in the Operations Management Leadership Program, emphasizing environmental health and safety.
