Daniel Grueber

Daniel Grueber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the FLIGHT DECK (LEAN) Leader at GE Aerospace, Daniel is responsible for implementing strategic Kaizen initiatives and coaching teams on lean methodologies. As the Owner and Head Roaster of Resolute Coffee Roasters, Daniel demonstrates entrepreneurial skills in operating a grassroots coffee business. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Lincotek Medical and Hearthside Food Solutions, where Daniel managed site performance and operational deliverables, and Senior Lean Manufacturing Manager at NuVasive, focusing on creating robust lean cultures.
