Dave Halstead

Dave Halstead is a leader in Military Business Development at GE Aerospace, bringing over 25 years of expertise in gas turbine engine aero-thermodynamics, preliminary design, engine systems, and six sigma. Halstead has held the position of Director, Air Force Business Development at GE Aerospace since 2020 and previously managed Military Science and Technology Programs at GE Aviation from 2017 to 2022. They earned a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University between 1981 and 1996.
