Erick Hernandez is a Mechanical Engineering student at Rutgers School of Engineering, expected to graduate in 2028. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Jr. Lead and Manufacturing & Chassis Engineer for Rutgers Formula Racing, Erick has gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Exothermic Molding, Inc., where design and modeling of a production-ready Reaction Injection Mold were accomplished. Previous internship at New Jersey Precision Technologies, Inc. involved teaching an Aerospace CAD, CAM, and CNC training program aligned with AS9100 standards and conducting First-Article Inspections. An upcoming role as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at GE Aerospace is anticipated for Summer 2026.
