Jill Wolfe is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in HR compliance and employee relations. Currently serving as the Global HR Compliance Leader at GE Aerospace since March 2025, Jill has previously held key roles such as Senior Manager of HR Compliance at Shutterfly and Senior Employee Relations Manager at Chewy. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources, Payroll, and Safety at Hog Slat, Incorporated | Georgia Poultry Equipment Company, as well as Global HR Programs & Compliance Leader at FieldCore. Jill holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Delaware Valley University.
