Jonathan Rayner

Jonathan Rayner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Government Relations at GE Aerospace since April 2022, Jonathan also holds the position of Chairman at For A Good Koss and is the Founder of Tangential Solutions. Jonathan's prior roles include Senior Policy Advisor to U.S. Representatives Anthony G. Brown and Beto O'Rourke, and an IEEE Congressional Fellow. With a strong background at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Jonathan managed significant engineering teams and budgets, contributing to critical defense initiatives. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Notable achievements include developing the bipartisan “Continuation on Active Service Act” and significant contributions to the F-35 program.
