Leanne B. is a strategic global total rewards leader currently serving as EMEA Compensation Leader (Interim) at GE Aerospace. Previously, Leanne held various roles at Wood, including Reward Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and contributed significantly to developing reward strategies across multiple regions. Their experience includes managing global reward activities and supporting the Remuneration Committee in a UK PLC environment. Leanne has also worked as an HR Business Partner at NorthLink Ferries and began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Genesis Personnel Limited. They recently completed an upskilling course in Project Management at Robert Gordon University.
