Lily Chen is currently serving as the Regional Learning Leader for APAC and MENAT at GE Aerospace, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they held various roles at GE, including Regional Learning Manager for Greater China from 2013 to 2019 and Training Manager at GE Healthcare from 2011 to 2012. Their extensive experience in training and development began at GE Crotonville, where they worked as a Training Program Manager from 2003 to 2011. Lily holds a Master's degree in Curriculum Design from East China Normal University, which they earned from 2000 to 2003.
