Michael Williams

Michael Williams has a background in aerospace engineering and extensive experience in the bicycle repair industry. At GE Aviation, from September 2013 to September 2016, Michael completed a Modern Apprenticeship while studying for a BTEC National Diploma in Aerospace Engineering. Prior to this, Michael served as a voluntary sales and workshop assistant at The Bicycle Doctor from January 2011 to January 2012, where skills in servicing bicycles and customer interaction were developed. Michael later advanced to the role of sales manager and mechanic, overseeing workshop operations, managing bookings, diagnosing bicycle issues, and handling inventory and warranty claims. Education includes attendance at Ysgol Gyfun Y Cymer from 2008 to 2010.
