Michael Young

Michael Young is a Structures Business Leader at GE Aerospace, where they currently lead the Structures component repair business unit. They previously held various roles at GE Aviation, including Senior Manufacturing Manager, where they managed significant operational improvements and performance metrics. Earlier in their career, Michael gained experience as an HVAC Installer and Landscaper, and completed multiple co-op positions that focused on manufacturing engineering. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, graduating with a 3.75 GPA.
