Mong Seng Sim

Mong Seng (Mongs) Sim is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Global FP&A Leader for CFM56 at GE Aerospace since June 2017. Mongs has demonstrated expertise in cash flow planning, commercial finance, and financial modeling, having held various senior roles within GE, including Senior Finance Manager and Senior Commercial Finance Manager for the APAC region. Prior to joining GE, Mongs participated in GE's fast-track leadership programs and gained experience at Wilmar International, EY, and Moore Stephens, among others. Mongs holds a dual degree in Accountancy and Business Management with a second major in Finance from Singapore Management University, coupled with distinguished academic achievements throughout education.
