Olson Rick

Olson Rick is currently a Lead Sourcing Specialist in Supplier Quality Engineering at GE Aerospace, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Olson spent 15 years at Howmet Aerospace as a Process Owner. Olson's career in ceramics began with a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering from Iowa State University, followed by roles at Kohler Company and Endicott Clay Products, where they held various engineering positions, including Plant Manager.
