Oscar Cano, CSP, CEAS, MBA, is currently a Global EHS Governance Leader at GE Aerospace, where they leverage their extensive experience in environmental health and safety engineering to drive world-class performance. Previously, they served in various leadership roles, including Health & Safety Manager at Caterpillar Inc. and EHS Manager at McMaster-Carr, where they achieved significant reductions in injury rates and improved safety culture. With a strong background in manufacturing and project management, Oscar developed comprehensive safety programs across multiple facilities, showcasing their commitment to compliance and continuous improvement. They are pursuing an MBA in Global Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Industrial Engineering degree from Auburn University.
