Patrick Halligan

Patrick Halligan is a senior tax professional with over fifteen years of experience in advising public and private companies on state and local tax issues. Currently serving as the State and Local Tax Leader at GE Aerospace, Patrick manages various aspects of state taxes while acting as a subject matter expert on tax policy and strategy. Previously, Patrick held positions as Senior Director at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on tax controversy and compliance. Patrick has also contributed to the legal field as a research assistant within the US District Court and the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan, and served as a student attorney at Syracuse University College of Law. Patrick is pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation at New York University.
