Previously, they held various leadership positions at Rolls-Royce and Goodrich, where they drove significant improvements in quality, production efficiency, and employee engagement. With a Master of Science in Project Management from The University of Manchester, Robert has demonstrated a commitment to strategic change and continuous improvement across global organizations.
