Roberta (Robbie) Graham is a Strategic Workforce Planning Leader at GE Aerospace, where they are currently part of the Manufacturing Enablement Team. With extensive experience in human resources across various sectors, including a significant tenure with bp, they have successfully provided HR support, talent management, and project leadership in complex environments. Previously, Robbie served as the HR Director at Northern Air Cargo, leading HR initiatives across multiple operating companies.
