Sam Eagan

Sam Eagan graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management. They began their career at GE Aviation through the Operations Management Leadership Program, where they progressed to their current role as Lead Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aerospace. In this position, Sam leads a team of welders at Plant 3 in Beavercreek, Ohio, focusing on component repairs while overseeing day-to-day operations and safety. Previously, Sam managed manufacturing processes and material flow in various roles at GE, significantly improving efficiency and reducing costs.
