Tracy Codell

Tracy Codell is a dedicated IT professional specializing in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Architect at GE Aerospace, Tracy previously held the position of Product Manager at Red Hat, where they focused on prioritizing and managing the SPM development team's efforts. Tracy's earlier experience includes working as a ServiceNow Engineer at Western & Southern Financial Group, where they became a recognized speaker at the ServiceNow Knowledge Conference and led significant ITBM implementations. They are also a certified ServiceNow administrator and application developer, with expertise in various modules within the SPM/ITBM suite. Tracy is currently pursuing further education at Northern Kentucky University.
