Wayne Schroeder has extensive experience in quality control and engineering, having served as a Quality Control Technician at Chemineer, Inc. from September 1991 to June 2002, followed by a career at GE Aerospace until retirement in February 2023. During this time, Wayne held the position of Quality Engineer at GE Aviation from June 2002 to October 2018, gaining expertise in AS9100 Internal Auditing, GE Green Belt Training, Lean Manufacturing Principles, and operating the Cordax 1808 CMM, along with certifications as a GE S-026 Auditor and GE Unison DSQR. Additionally, Wayne has contributed to education as the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Wayne High School since 2013. Wayne completed studies in Quality Control Technology/Technician at Sinclair Community College, earning a Step II Machining degree with a GPA of 3.75 from 1998 to 2000.
