Wayne Spence is a semi-retired professional actively driving significant projects in aviation manufacturing through their LLC. Currently serving as Chief Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aerospace, they guide strategic planning for part manufacturing within a large aircraft engine supply chain. Wayne possesses a strong background in technical design and production management, with extensive experience in LEAN practices, and is a certified Black Belt. They previously held positions as a Composite Design Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace and a Design Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company, among other roles. Wayne earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from The Ohio State University.
