Will O’Shields

Will O'Shields is a Lead CMC Process Engineer at GE Aerospace, having previously held the position of CMC Process Engineer. They earned a Master of Science in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University, where they also completed a Bachelor of Science in the same field. Prior to their current role, Will worked as a Design Engineer at Western Carolina University and served as a Research and Development Intern at Cornell Dubilier Electronics. Their diverse experience includes assisting as a Flooring Assistant at CPC Floor Coatings and working as a Boat Handler at Jocassee Outdoor Center.
