Patrick Taafe is a seasoned logistics and transportation professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Manager at GE Appliances, a Haier company, Patrick has held multiple strategic roles, including Senior Transportation Sourcing & Compliance Manager. Previous roles include Logistics Manager at Olin Brass, where Patrick developed and executed the global logistics strategy, and Category Lead for Logistics and Capital Projects at Procurian, assigned to various operational and sourcing assignments. Patrick’s career also encompasses key positions at Aleris International, Smithway Motor Xpress, Owens Corning, IBP, Inc., and National Refractories, focusing on carrier relations, strategic negotiations, and transportation management. Patrick holds a BSBA in Marketing/Marketing Management and an AAB in Transportation Management from Youngstown State University.
