Ivan Au has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the food processing industry. Since January 2019, Ivan has served as the Director of Engineering to Order at GEA Group, focusing on engineering designs for global customer projects in the Frozen Food business. Previously, Ivan specialized as a Project Lead Engineer in Spiral Type food processing freezers for North American and Asia Pacific regions. Additional experience includes roles as a Mechanical Designer at NV Mechanics Design Ltd and as a Mechanical Engineer at Cellula Robotics Ltd and Giordano. Ivan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University, acquired between 2010 and 2016.
