Javier Ester is currently the Regional Head of GEA Financial Services at GEA Group, overseeing operations in South Western Europe, Brazil, the US, and Canada. They previously held various leadership positions, including Regional Manager at akf bank GmbH & Co KG from 2014 to 2019, and Equipment Financing Sales Leader at GE Capital from 2005 to 2011. Javier also served as General Manager at Grupo Conservas Dani from 2013 to 2014 and Sales Manager Spain at Deutsche Leasing AG from 2002 to 2005. They earned a Licenciado en Ciencias Empresariales and an MBA from ESADE Business School between 1984 and 1989.
