Tom Flake

Tom Flake is a seasoned professional in the engineering and product management fields, currently serving as the Product Manager for UHT Heat Treatment at GEA Group since September 2023. With entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and CEO of Jacobs Trucking since October 2021, Tom has previously contributed significantly at Twelve Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from September 2019 to October 2021. Tom's tenure at GEA Group spans from March 2013 to August 2019, where various roles included Regional Sales Manager for Beverage Solutions and Project Engineer in both Beverage Applications and the Liquid Processing Division. Educationally, Tom holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from the University of St. Thomas, obtained in 2014 and 2012, respectively.
