George Konnis is currently the Managing Director at the Cyprus Research and Academic Network and a member of the Board of Directors at GÉANT. They served as a Research Assistant Professor at ICCS from 2003 to 2015. George earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, completing their studies in 1998. Additionally, they lead the Cyprus Academic CSIRT (CYNET-CSIRT).
