Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT services and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at GÉANT since September 2017, Michelle is responsible for the development, transition, and operation of new services within the organization. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Cambridge Assessment, including IT Services Manager, Programme Lead, Sourcing Manager, and Group Print Operations Manager, focusing on service management, project management, and strategic procurement. Earlier career roles included Category Manager at The IET, and Production Manager at Book Production Consultants, among others. Michelle holds a BA Hons in English, English Language and Literature from Anglia Ruskin University and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge.
