Tung Hoang

Tung Hoang currently serves as the Regional Director at Gear Inc., where they oversee quality assurance, training, and operational planning across multiple countries. From 2018 to 2021, Tung held several key positions at Gear Inc., including Regional Quality Assurance Manager, where they managed a QA team of up to 1,000 staff and directly communicated with clients to address QA issues. Prior to that, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Asia Commercial Bank for a brief period in 2013, assisting customers with bank products and maintaining high satisfaction rates. Tung is currently pursuing an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Hanoi University of Business and Technology.
