Brian Burleson

Brian Burleson has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Brian currently holds the role of VP of Strategic Partnerships at Gearbox Entertainment, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Production at Gearbox Entertainment from January 2020 to June 2022. Before joining Gearbox Entertainment, Brian worked at Gearbox Software for many years, starting as a Programmer in August 2004 and eventually becoming the Managing Producer of Development from January 2018 to January 2020. Brian also held the position of Senior Producer from October 2005 to January 2018. Additionally, Brian has previous experience as a Contract Programmer at Monkeystone Games from 2001 to 2002, and as a Programmer at Ritual Entertainment from 1999 to 2000.

Brian Burleson attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
