Justin L.

Justin L. has a diverse range of work experience. Justin currently works at Gearbox Entertainment as a Lead Mission Designer, starting in October 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Game Designer and an Associate Game Designer at the same company from August 2021 to October 2021 and from October 2018 to August 2021, respectively. Justin also briefly worked as a COGS Designer at Gearbox Entertainment from June 2018 to September 2018. Before joining Gearbox Entertainment, Justin worked as a Design Teaching Assistant at SMU Guildhall from January 2018 to June 2018. In 2016, they were a Project Manager at SociologicalYou, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining a digitally-accessible interactive textbook. From July 2015 to August 2016, Justin served as the Director of Talent at Texas Millennial Institute, coordinating operations and training volunteers. Prior to that, they were a Campus Coordinator at Students for Liberty from June 2014 to June 2015, where they led peer-education discussions and expanded the network of students in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Justin L. attended California State University, Northridge from 2011 to 2013 where they studied sociology. Justin then transferred to Texas Christian University and completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in sociology from 2013 to 2015. After that, they pursued a Master's of Interactive Technology in Level Design at SMU Guildhall from 2016 to 2018.
