Ray Barham has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ray started their career as a PC Support Specialist at Tulsa Community College in 2000, where they provided computer support and supervised assistants. Ray also administered Windows and Unix servers during this time. In 2007, they joined Gearbox Software as an IT Helpdesk professional, where they handled various tasks related to Jira administration, development of automation tools, and management of Active Directory. Ray then progressed to the role of a Web Developer, where they developed and maintained internal tools, managed the company website, and created resources for third parties. Ray was later promoted to the position of Senior Server Programmer at Gearbox Software, where they designed, developed, and maintained backend services and managed contractors. In their most recent role as Lead Server Programmer at Gearbox Software, Ray managed internal and offsite programming teams, provided technical guidance to developers, and maintained multiple backend services.

Ray Barham completed an Associates of Science in Management Information Systems at Tulsa Community College from 1999 to 2002. Ray then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Oklahoma State University from 2004 to 2006.
