Stephen Hoff is an experienced dialogue producer and voice director with a diverse background in audio production and project management. Currently serving as a Dialogue Producer at Gearbox Entertainment since August 2022, Stephen oversees voice-over projects, manages schedules, coordinates between teams, and handles budget forecasting. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Lead Producer-Voice Director at Okratron 5000, managing localization projects and directing talent. Previous experiences include roles as a financial analyst at Oak Mortgage Group, ADR Engineer at FUNimation, and various engineering positions for live sound venues. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Oregon State University and an Associate of Arts in Studio Recording from MediaTech Institute-Irving.
