Tris Baybayan is a seasoned environment art director with extensive experience in the gaming industry. At Gearbox Entertainment since June 2010, Tris has focused on creating high-quality environment art as both an environment art director and principal artist. Prior experience includes an environment artist role at Liquid Entertainment, where Tris developed immersive environments utilizing Unreal Engine 3 while managing memory budgets and streaming constraints. Earlier roles involved quality assurance as a senior tester at D3Publisher of America, where Tris ensured product quality and trained new employees, and a contract designer/concept artist position at Digital Dream Forge, contributing to the pre-production of mini-games and user interfaces. Tris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Game Design from Collins College, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
