Inge Kausland

Inge Kausland is currently the Head of HSEQ at Gearbulk, where they develop and implement safety, environmental, and quality management strategies. Previously, Inge served as Master Mariner and held various positions at KGJS, including Chief Officer and Deck Cadet, where they developed extensive expertise in cargo supervision and safety management. Inge also has experience as a Purchaser while taking leave from sea duties. They began their maritime career in the Royal Norwegian Navy and have a solid educational background in Nautical studies, alongside additional qualifications in English, Physics, and Basic Electronics.
