Gearing2Grow CIC is a London-based social enterprise supporting young people to overcome barriers to employment through hands-on automotive training, mentoring, and skills development.

We work with young people 16 + who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), including those at risk of offending or facing social and economic challenges. Our programme combines practical vehicle maintenance and repair training with personal development and employability support, helping participants build confidence, gain recognised skills, and access pathways into apprenticeships, further training, and sustainable employment.

By addressing both skills gaps and wider inequalities in access to opportunity, Gearing2Grow CIC creates inclusive, real-world learning environments that support long-term progression and positive change across London communities.
