Thatcher Spring

Thatcher Spring is an experienced entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of GearLaunch since 2013. With previous experience as a Board Member for the Cape Eleuthera Foundation from 2015 to 2019, Thatcher also completed the Graduate Leadership Development Program at Mars in 2012 and served as a Summer Associate at J.P. Morgan in 2011. In addition, Thatcher founded and led Thatcher Spring, Inc. from 2005 to 2010 and interned in the Office of Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist from 2004 to 2005. Thatcher holds a BA in English and Spanish from Georgetown University and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, complementing a strong educational background from Belmont Hill School.
