Florence Gardner

Florence Gardner currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Gearset, a role commenced in May 2024. Prior to this, Florence gained valuable experience as an HR (Data Science) Apprentice at AstraZeneca from September 2020 to May 2024, completing five rotations across HR and IT, with a focus on the Reward Insights team, internal recognition platforms, compensation data, and the MRP process. Florence holds a BSc in Data Science from Anglia Ruskin University, which was pursued from September 2020 to May 2024, and graduated from Ipswich High School for Girls in 2020.
