Francesco MacOne

Francesco Macone is a technical manager at Geberit since June 2023, following a role as maintenance, engineering, and purchasing manager at intergroup from January to June 2023. Prior to this, Francesco held the position of maintenance and engineering plant manager at Ferrero from January 2019 to January 2023. Francesco’s experience extends to Unilever, where roles included plant maintenance leader, project engineer, and professional maintenance leader from January 2012 to December 2018. Early career stages involved positions as manufacturing excellence leader and operations manager assistant at Unilever's Bakery Department, as well as training on the Italian Navy training ship "Amerigo Vespucci." Francesco began professional development as an intern at Alaymont International Ltd in early 2004. Francesco earned a Laurea Magistrale in mechanical engineering, specializing in energy and environment, from Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale between 2009 and 2011.
