Steiner Roman has extensive experience in product engineering and development in the field of mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Development Engineer for Bathroom Systems at Geberit since January 2019, Steiner Roman previously held the position of Product Manager at Reimmann AG from January to December 2018. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Eugster Frismag AG from September 2004 to December 2017, where project development of complete coffee machines from design concept to series production was undertaken, alongside product maintenance and mentoring roles as a vocational trainer for aspiring designers. Steiner Roman also had earlier experiences in construction and CNC milling at Otto Hofstetter AG and served as an apprentice at Geberit from 1992 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a Techniker TS degree in mechanical engineering and multiple certifications in measurement technology.
