GECA is a purpose-driven not for profit, helping individuals and organisations to make, buy and do better for people and the planet. We offer a suite of services designed for anyone committed to continuous improvement in their sustainability. Whether you're starting from scratch or are a leader in your sector, GECA can help you address your unique social and environmental challenges.

We're proud to run Australia's only not for profit multi-sector ecolabelling program. The GECA ecolabel enables buyers to purchase goods and services that have a lower impact on the environment and human health, are ethically made and fit for purpose.

We also offer a Claims Authentication service, which gives consumers confidence in their purchase of your service or product. By achieving GECA authentication of your claim, you and your customers will have independent third-party assurance that your claim has been substantiated through an in-depth exploration. Our GECA LCA Suite includes both Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).

We also provide a customised range of consulting services to meet your sustainability needs. Our expertise includes technical knowledge in Australian standards that consider a product's entire life cycle – environment, health, social and fit-for-purpose. We understand the meaning of sustainable procurement of materials, products and services, and the requirements to achieve circular economy, carbon, biodiversity and modern slavery solutions.
