At Gecko™ Homes, we create homes where people want to live. We sell homes outright and for Shared Ownership across Cheshire and Greater Manchester so people can buy the home they want in the area they choose to live. Our ethos covers four areas:

🌟 Aspiration – To create the opportunity to get on the property ladder in an area where you want to live

🧘 Space – To let you gain your independence. A space you can finally call your own

😀 Happiness – Create the joy of knowing something is yours and the ability to plan for your future

🎨 Creativity – Expressing yourself. Demonstrating your own style, taste and decorating how you want

Our not-for-profit model means that money goes back into communities, helping us keep property prices and rents affordable – as they should be.

Caring is at the heart of our approach. Whether that’s spending extra time with our customers to get the paperwork right, or getting back to them quickly, we all really want to do our best for everyone who buys a Gecko home.
